What if Jesus really meant it when he said "anyone
who has faith in me will do what I have been doing" and "he
will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father?"
What if two thousand years'-worth of arguments about doctrine have largely
missed the point? Can we go back now and re-think what it means to take
Jesus as our Master and Teacher? During your time with Lynn Sparrow
Christy this weekend, you will be urged to ventur beyond belief and
into action as a modern-day student of the Master. Together we will
explore what it means to
- Take up our crosses as an act of love and compassion
for the human race.
- Experience the leverage of heart and consciousness
that comes from contact with the Master
- Receive the "Holy Breath" just as Jesus'
earliest disciples received it from the risen Christ.
Along the way, we'll explore themes of guidance, attunement
and life mission, as well as the common beliefs and attitudes that stop
us from following in Jesus' footsteps. We may ahve a long way to go,
but sooner or later this is the journey we must take. Let's travel a
few miles of it together this weekend.

Lynn Sparrow Christy is a teacher, writer, Christian
minister and
hypnotherapist-life coach, with more than 30 years' experience as a
conference speaker. Her passion is in helping contemporary spiritual
seekers find pathways to growth, and in building bridges between traditional
and alternative approaches to spirituality. A veteran studen and presenter
of the Edgar Cayce material, Lynn is the author of two books and numerous
home-study courses based on the Cayce legacy. She is currently working
on a book that offers a 21st Century understanding of what it means
to follow Jesus.
Lynn is a Licensed Minister with the Christian Church
(Disciples of Christ) and currently serves Virginia Beach Christian
Church as Associate Minister of Christian Education. She is also certified
as a Master Hypnotherapist and hypnosis trainer, Neuro-Linguistic Programming
(NLP) Practitioner, Life Coach and Time Line Therapy Pratitioner. She
maintains a part-time private practice in Virginia Beach, VA, where
she offers a full spectrum of hypnotherapy and NLP services, from habit
change and stress reduction to exploration of deep spiritual themes.
